A Man's Death in Gillingham Crash Sparks Police Appeal for CCTV Images and Witness Accounts
The tragic death of a pedestrian, who was hit by a car, has led to a police appeal for information. The incident occurred on the A290 Gads Hill in Gillingham, Kent, on Monday at approximately 12:10 GMT. Emergency services, including South East Coast Ambulance Service paramedics, responded to the scene, but the man was pronounced dead at the location.
Detective Inspector Zoe Wilczek, speaking about the investigation, said, 'While the images may not be crystal clear, we are still in the early stages of our inquiry. We are grateful for the images and witness accounts provided so far and ask for anyone with relevant information to come forward.'
